End of Summer Pitcher Cocktails

Before autumn nips at the heels of our soon-to-be fall boots, throw on one last summer dress, a pair of shades and soak up the sun with these refreshing pitcher cocktails.

Apricot Limonada

Not your average lemonade stand beverage (but it should be), this Apricot Limonada is tart, sweet, and wildly refreshing. Opt for using lemon wheels instead of wedges for an aesthetic edge.

5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

5 oz. Simple Syrup

5 oz. Luxardo Apricot

15 oz. vodka

20, lemon wheels

Directions: Add all ingredients into pitcher (including lemon wheels) with ice. Whisk vigorously until froth appears, add additional ice and serve in Collins glass.

Ginger Margarita

This play on the classic cocktail,  adds a little spice to your glass with a homemade ginger honey syrup and aged tequila. Tip: add any sugar based syrups into a cocktail last; otherwise, it sits on the bottom of the glass.
